I Can't Send Any Private Messages Now! Do you Experience This?

I have recently received a few friends requests and I always like to send a private message thanking them for the request and a few details about myself but last night I tried three times to send to one person and throughout the day I have been trying to send and I get as far as final submit button after tags and then it goes straight back to home page and when I check message hasn't sent. I have reported this before but no joy. So to all my recent friends I thank you for requesting or accepting me but unfortunately cannot let you know privately.
Do you experience this problem? Does it annoy you? Do you not bother sending private messages because of this?

its exactly what i do when some one added me or accept my friendship request, well some times it happened to me that i reply to some PM and post it and after some times i noticed that my reply is not posted their, so i have to do it again, and it happened to me many times
but still its working

I don't have this problem too often, my friend, but it does happen from time to time. The last time I had problems sending a message was last week, when it did the same thing you're explaining in your discussion. A concerned friend had sent me a PM and I replied to it. Then, when I went to my mail, I saw it said no responses to this message, so I had to go in and send it again. It did go eventually, but I felt bad at taking so long to reply.

well, i think i also have similiar problem for several times and i don't have any idea how could it happened. ijust definetely put my tags in each private message sending but it just disappeared and the page bringing into homepage of mylot
if you asking me how bothering those matter, then its definetely bothering much

Hi Plumwish07, I hope you are feeling a bit better today. Keep up the good work with the vit c and drinking plenty. It is very frustrating when it happens especially if you have typed a lot. I am pleased to hear though that it is not just me experiencing this. Thank you for sharing. Ellie :D

The PM system has been fine for me Ellie. I have one this morning, and I replied with no apparent problem. myLot has been slow though over the past twenty four hours. Yesterday it virtually stopped. However, today it seems back to normal. I'm going to send you a PM just to see if it gets through. Course if you don't reply I shall say it didn't work. LOL.

Very strange indeed but I wouldn't know how to use another browser I am such a novice really when it comes to computers. I know how to do emails, myLot and a few other survey sites. I have to wait for the girls to be around to help me do anything else. I think even my son has more skill in this area than I have. Ellie :D

That used to happen to me all of the time here at Mylot. I used to get messages from my friends and when I went to go read them and respond to them, the page would load the home page and tell me that I didn't have any messages. It finally started working after a while though. I think it was just a glitch in the Mylot system at the time. I hope it starts working for you again.

Well literally in the last few minutes I have been able to send one as a response but it wasn't the one I typed as the response it was one that I had composed as a new message. Luckily it went to who it was supposed to go to anyway. It is very frustrating though. I am pleased to hear that yours has now been resolved too. Ellie :D

I have experienced that for a couple of times ellie and I am annoyed a lot. Good if we can retrieve the message that we have type but we can't. So, sometimes, I am tired of doing so, I will just active in responding to their responses to show that I am just there..LOL

Oh! I did not experience this till now. I tried to send two days back. I did not check yesterday. Is it happeneing to you from yesterday or from before. Might be some technical glitch associated with it. lets hope it clears soon. cheers
