Do you ever have days where you are just hungry all the time?

I've generally had this most of my life, but it's gotten better recently. Now, there are days where I don't feel hungry at all. In the past, though, I've found that when I've been hungrier than usual it has been for a good reason. Sometimes, it's because I am having a health problem (such as the "runs") where my food isn't being metabolized right and my brain thinks I'm not eating. Often, I will eat a little more on these days. Eventually, everything will work itself out and be back to normal.

Well, I have never felt such hunger. Wish I could though, then I could eat more food. I hardly ever feel hungry, just a little bit of sensation in the tummy to let me know it is time for a meal!!
Cheers and happy mylotting!

I have those days all the time. I usually chew gum and take walks to balance out my hunger though. I could eat all day, but I would regret all the weight I would gain for about a week.

Yes. Yesterday and this morning I have eaten all the time, not only at breakfast time, lunch time, etc. Just now I'm eating some biscuits while I watch TV, look my emails and answer myLot discussions... all at the same time. I think it's because of the weather. Here in the Southern Hemisphere autumn is finishing and winter is arriving, and these have been very cold days.

Yep happens to me all the time, I try to drink something to help and keep busy to take my focus off it otherwise I would be gaining 5 pounds a day..lol Which isn't good since I am trying to lose it. I think it is where are bodies are craving something and if it doesn't get it it will drive us batty through our stomachs. My sister is constantly hollering she is hungry and doc says it is growing pains and that she will be hungry alot when she has her growing spurts for a few days. Alot of the time our body mistakes thirst for hunger. I would drink something wait 10 minutes to 1/2 hour then if your still hungry nibble on a little something that won't cause a lot of weight gain.
