What do you do to stay in shape when you have little time to exercise?

Hi!!
I sometimes feel that life nowadays poses several challenges that are normally time-consuming.
I usually get home late after a hard day and I'd simply feel like lying down on the couch, yet I need to get in shape. Life is tough.
Do you agree?

I know with busy lives it seems harder all the time to take the time to get in shape, I have found by doing the old windmill exercise we learned in grade school helps very much. I do them when I get up in the morning, it doesnt take much time at all, it gets the blood flowing for the start of a new day and it really does work on legs, arms, stomach and most of all those wonderful "love" handles, and it also helps define the waiste. In the evenings I'm with you when I get home from work after fixing the kids dinner, exercise is the last thing I want to do, so that is why it is first thing in the morning. :)

Staying in shape can be quite a challenge. I used to do little leg exercises while I was standing at the copier when I worked at one job. Another job I did assembly while standing and I would stretch my legs back while I was doing it. Sometimes you just have to fit it into whatever you are doing.
