why do people eat?

we eat to survive. but there are some people who eat excess and this provide obesity. you must eat a balance meal everyday which will keep you in good health.
we eat three times a day.
(1) Breakfast
(2) Lunch &
(3) Dinner
Breakfast is the more important in these three. Everyone should take times to have breakfast in the morning before going to work or school.

people eat in excess because of different reasons. Maybe it is because they love eating, it is the thing that makes them happy and contented. it makes them feel satisfied.
others eat in excess because they are under strong emotions. those who are sad and depressed tend to eat a lot of sweet and fatty foods. it help them to cope with their sadness. chocolate is known to be anti-depressant.
while some other do not know that they are eating too much. it's just that when they are bored, they have nothing else to do but eat. for them, eating is better than doing nothing.

Some people may have a food addiction. Others are emotional eaters. They have some void they try to fill with food. Junk food could be a main part of the persons diet.The reasons are as individual as the person.

"Eat" not only for us to survive now,
it's also a way for us to enjoy our life,
and to prove that we been live in this world before.
Do you really think that eating healthy meal and eat balance meals everyday is good to us?
Maybe it's good to our body, our health,
but no good to our mind.
We should enjoy our life,
not try to live longer with suffer.
