what makes you skip meals?

sometimes, when am too occupied with what am doing, i realize that its waaay past lunchtime or dinnertime. i know its unhealthy, but time passes so swiftly when you're busy. how bout you?

why do people eat?

we eat to survive. but there are some people who eat excess and this provide obesity. you must eat a balance meal everyday which will keep you in good health. we eat three times a day. (1) Breakfast (2) Lunch & (3)...
