Are you a dog or a cat person?

Do you prefer dogs or cats more? I guess I am more of a dog person. I like cats a lot. I just can't get around them much, because I am so allergic to them. My dog is like a third child to me. My husband doesn't care for cats much, but he likes dogs. How about you?

I m a total dog person. Unfortunately we don't have a place that is appropriate to keep one even though we live in a rural area. With out a fenced in yard they either get shot or ran over out here. So I have fish and horses.

I love them both, cats are cleaner animals though and very cuddly. Dogs are sweet animals and really loving and protective. Preferably dogs. My best friend? I would settle for a dog for they always try to protect their master.
