i hear yoga is a GREAT way to tone your body! you could also try pilates or YOGALATES!! good luck.

Walking is a great way to lose some weight. Think about your schedule. How much of it is spent setting? Change that. Stand or walk. Smaller portions is something to think about too. Incorporate more vegetables and fruit into your daily diet and less processed foods.

eating healthy. I know you've heared that too many times before but it helps..also , exercising is a biggie. depression hurts and you feel out of energy , doing some exercise will help motivate you. Join your local gym , talk to a trainer and im sure they can help you out. go to a park and walk around with a close friend or even alone. have a friend compete with you , if you have a friend or family member who needs to loose weight too , join them or tell them to join you , race to see who can loose weight the quickest.

Practice more and eat less;this is the best and healthiest way.Not to eat medicines said to help losing weight and not to eat nothing, just less food!
In additon, Yoga and Belly dance are both good methods. I tried and I succeeded.

A great way to cure depression and lose weight is to increase physical activity. Exercising release hormones in your body that make you feel better about yourself. I suggest keeping a running total of all the calories you consume and all the calories you burn for one day. This will help you to evaluate the changes that you need to make to get the results that you want. I would also suggest drinking more water. If you drink a glass of water about thirty minutes before a meal, your will tend to eat less because your stomach will feel fuller, faster. I hope that these suggestions will help you to get on track to where you want to be. I was in the same position, depressed and overweight, and as I am losing the weight I feel better about myself and an regaining some self confidence. Good luck!

Work and exercise are common ways to lose weight. Food, eating too much, are the common cause of gaining it. So if you could do the former and reduce the latter, it will surely help you in losing weight. But the question is, are you willing? Is your desire to lose weight enough for you to take time and take action? I think that is the fundamental. Unless you have strong desire and willing to take action, no help or advice would work.
