julie1234 dogs don't seem to enjoy baths.. but it's important to keep the dog clean for both you and the dog. there are many products to bathe dogs.. luke warm water seems to work great!

julie1234 you should work out on a regular basis. more than not being able to wear cute clothes, being in shape is just good for your health. make sure to take small steps. don't kill yourself by trying to work out like an hour everyday or something.. g'luck!

julie1234 i've been jogging a lot lately and i feel the muscles hurtin' a lot more than when i used to swim everyday.. so i'm guessing jogging is much better?? but if you have weak knees, i'd say swimming is a lot better.
