Dieting

What is the best diet you've ever done? Did it help you to lose weight? I'm going to start a new diet and haven't decided which one I want to do. I've been thinking of Weight Watchers, my niece did it and lost almost 25 pounds real quick. Then I've been hearing a lot about the raw veggie diet. With the raw veggies, I believe you really change your lifestyle to that is all you eat. I love veggies, but don't know if I could just eat them and nothing else.

I forgot the name of this program I did. It was a Christian Bible Study along with learning to eat right. Drink plenty of water and listen to your body. Pray a lot and keep your mind on God and listen to your body! I love 30-40 pounds and felt so much better because I was in control of my body and only ate when I felt I was hungry. I didn't listen to my head only to my tummy. It really worked.

Weight watchers is really great. I joined ww online on April 1, and i've lost 20.5 lbs. Its one I can really stick to. You can pretty much eat anything you want,and you learn to eat correct portion sizes. Eating veggies all the time doesn't seem like a long term diet. Weight watchers will teach you how to eat healthy for life, if followed correctly, and you won't feel deprived at all. Good Luck in whatever you decide to do.
