Plenty, but the way I get out of it is making 2 or 3 email accounts, one for personal ( so they don't spam ), public email (common usage), and just spam (lol). With this, I can kinda tell what is real or not but you don't have to go through that process because most email providers stop on contact.

I received all these mails almost on a daily basis. Usually I will delete anything that will pay me enormous amount of money.
Cheers.

That not call scam.
That's phishing.
Scam - Clever ways to earn money from someone, which involve cheating.
Phishing - To get password of your account, especially payment processor like PayPal.

I get tons of scam emails everyday. For the majority of them, you can tell they are scams before you even open them. I just delete them without opening, especially if my computer warns me it may be a dangerous message.
I get loads from African 419 scammers, which I think are truely hilarious to read. I nearly always end up replying and scam-baiting if I have some free time. I think that by now, most people should really be internet-savvy enough to not fall for these ridiculous scams.

Yes, I get lots of those. Everyday I see paypal scams, bank or credit card phishing messages and lots of things telling me I've won money. It's sad how many of these I get a day, but I just delete them and move on.
