how to loose wieght

my best friend is very furstrated due to his wieght..he is working in a call centre so he doesnt have enough time to workout and he use to take his dinner outsite. so day by day he is gaining wieght. he discuss this with me i advise him to take water as much as he can ...i think water will work in this situation pls do sugesst any other option if you know anything ?

The Protein Power book is a good one, and the one Barbietre is talking about. It works and works well. There are ways to exercise without having an exercise program. Walk more where you wouldn't normally, climb stairs instead of elevator, things like that. Anything is a help.
But cutting out sugar and corn syrup (in so many "lite" foods) is a must!!

6 years ago I gave up sugar and starches and lost 50 pounds. It is easy, no processed foods or junk foods, eat more natural. They really call it it Paleo diet, but it is also know as Protein Power. It is midway between Atkins and South Beach. And it is not really a diet as much as it is a lifestyle change. No one needs to eat junk. And when you eat enough protein your hunger is satisfied.
