Yes, Matsumoto Rangiku is hot. I like her too because of how she interacts with her captain Hitsugaya (teasing her captain like that haha) But for me, the girl I like the most is Hinata from Naruto. It's her simple, innocent girl appearance that entices me whenever I see her. I really hope she ends up with Naruto. haha! =)
