I HATE being alone overnight. When my husband works the night shift, I find that I cannot sleep and, when I finally fall asleep, it is restless sleep~ tossing, turning, waking up every few minutes..... Anyone have any suggestions...

fuuyuki756 yes, sometimes when i am sick, i don't feel eating any food. I think the taste buds are not fully functioning at those times since any food i eat will taste nothing..lol..
