Have you seen the list of the top 77 candidates of the New 7 Wonders of Nature Nominees? Is any of the nature sites in your country listed? Have you voted for any of the sites in the list?
There are 4 nature sites in the Philippines that are in the top 77. Actually, as of this time, they are all in the top 10. The ranking is updated twice a day. Currently, Tubbataha Reef in Palawan is in #3, Chocolate Hills in Bohol is in #4, Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park is in #6 and Mayon Volcano in Albay is in #10. I have casted my votes for these 4 nature sites.

Hi there! I'm so glad that our Chocolate Hills in Bohol is in the Top Ten list of the World's New 7 Wonders.. I hope we can still make it. If you have come to our place in Bohol and have been to Chocolate Hills, you will be enthralled by its majestic wonder.
Thank you for casting your votes! Good luck to all!

Yes I visited the site. I also voted already.
I'm very proud of the Philippines. I consider Chocolate Hills as my own since my parents both came from Bohol and I had visited Chocolate Hills already.
Even one or two only will successfully make it to the 7 wonders, Philippines will be very famous with that and that would surely help boast tourism in the Phils.

Hi dolce_vita! I have already casted my votes a few weeks ago but I haven't seen the current tabulation as to this date. I am glad that all four of these are in top ten and I hope they won't lose the position. I have voted the 4 nature sites as well. Good luck to the Philippines! And it is really a very beautiful country!
Take Care and God Bless!

I haven't seen it yet, but I'd like to. I live very near Niagara Falls which usually makes the list. I would like to see where we are in this list. There are some really cool places on this earth. I would love to travel and see more of the wonders.

yes dolce_vita! i"ve been to the 3 nature sites-candidates here in the Philippines except the Tubbataha Reef..these places make the Filipino proud indeed of the wonder and beauty of nature in the Philippines. But I believe that listed or not, all nature wonders in this world must be protected and preserved.

Hello friends, sorry to say this, but I cannot find any logic in grading natural scenes according to their wonder level. Anything and everything we find in this universe are wonderful. They are not accomplishments of any country or man. They are simply created that way. Who are we to grade the might of the creator. The idea is silly and wicked. The inspiration behind this idea is money making and money making only!
