Nice try. The only way you can possibly lose 57 in 2 days is if you are morbidly obese and you have some serious lyposuction.

that sounds really gross! post the recipe and results when you try it. I've never hear of this. I did the 7 day soup diet and it wasn't that bad. i lost about 8 lbs so it's good when you need to loose fast to fit into something but as soon as you start eating other stuff again you gain it back. the soup was actually very good. it was a very hearty vegetable soup. good luck!

It's actually good to do these kinds of diets a couple of times a year but they cleanse your body out. You get rid of a lot of toxins. Of course they do come back over time but it's like cleaning out your airfilter in central air. Only do these diets for a few days, not a full week. And be prepared to have the runs!

I have never tried this. I do not think it would be healthy or have lasting results. It may cleanse you body but you would have to adapt better diet and exercise habits to keep the results.

All you are doing is flushing out your system. Once you stop the diet, you will gain the weight back. Every diet similar to this has been proven to have no long term effects. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you're going to have to do it the old fashioned way: excersize, weight training and healthy diet.

brienne is correct. I had read that Beyonce did it for Dreamgirls, but after I did some research on it I figured that it was not the answer for me. I have just been cutting the carbs, not eating anything white during the week and exercising.

Beyoncé used that diet when played in Dreamgirls. She said she dropped 20 pounds, easy!
