Do you select Best Responses?

I'm not as good at assigning Best Responses. Most times I wait for more responses but in time I forget about the discussion. I have gone back for recent discussions and marked some of those. Others I'm waiting for responses or I want to leave it open for those seeking a BR opportunity or two. Of course, not many people respond to my discussions.

I always give the best response to all my created topics. But I usually set the topic to last for a month or so before I award this.

I try to, but I can't select the best responses for some discussions. Thus I just leave it there. Generally I select the one that impressed me the most. So far I got 3 best responses or so. And every time I got it by surprise.

I was a little lost on that score and I posted a question asking for help!!I wasnt at all sure how the system worked ,but now I know and I have completed al of my best resposes and its cleared my pages up...I wondered why the discussions were remaining on my pages for so long!!!

sometimes i doing select best responses to my discussions but i always to respons that worst discussion because i aproud him..

I try to select best responses but it is only if I can remember to go back and look at the responses that people have made. Usually I am only reminded when someone marks my response as the best and then I remember that I can share that joy with others as well.

Hi, Yes, I will select the best response because it is a way to help other mylotters and it is a must to do it because mylotters are working hard to give me the best response. So, I must thank the person giving me the best response by marking the response as "best response".

Yes i do most the time,but i feel bad as there are usually veary many:(. How do you decide who to choose if theres 3 best responces?

that would be a great idea to make each other best responses - but I think there would also be judgment as who to award the best response so that it would be fair to other respondents because if you only mark your friend the best response, how do you think other people deserving best responses would feel, right? anyway,Yes, I have selected some best responses in my discussions and I am overwhelmed because the selected respondent would be so grateful, and he would be someone so responsible (?) enough to come back to discussions I have started and placing responses on them, and I think that is so thoughtful. (because at least there would be someone who will always respond to you and your post :) Yet as for me, I have responded to many discussions already but there would be people that up to now have not been selecting best responses and even have no comments! I think it would be rude not to appreciate people not taking time for just reading what you have in mind.

I do select best responses in my discussion. As long as it's worth to give best response to it. I won't give it just because they reply my discussion!

Yes, I definitely choose "best response". But its so difficult since some doesn't even discuss what the topic is all about. And sometimes it is very difficult if they all responded very well. I am happy too if my responses are being voted "best response". This recognition adds to my inspiration to do well in this forum. By the way, I also rate good discussions. If it needs to be praised, I give them (+). Take care =)

Yes, I do select the best response once I feel that the respondent really deserves to be given such. This is the best way to reward the person who gave his best for the topic you posted. I believe we must do that to encourage all of us here to give our best whenever we give comments. Happy posting

Yes, I always go to select best respond for my discussion. Except for some that too less people reply, or no any good reply available.

i always select best response when i receive the posts on mylot...also one thing tht i do is rate the post whenever i am replying to the post so tht helps the user who has posted... regrds, melovean

Yes, I do select best responses from my discussions. I always look at my unresolved discussions and as soon as I got the response which had answered my question. I marked them instantly. Too bad we had to choose only one. It's really tough to decide which is which. P.S. Thanks for the best response mark in your other topic. Hugs!

I havent selected best responses on my discussions yet, because I am not sure how to pick which ones are best, any suggestions on how I should go about picking the best responses on my discussions?
