As for me, I prefer my fruits to be fresh, you get all the needed vitamins that they produce. Most of them are juicy.
This has been happening to me lately, I now prefer the tangerenes or the oranges. the yellow apples over the red ones.
I would mostly use frozen fruits for smoothies or some other fruit blends.
What's your preference?

I like fresh fruit by far. Frozen fruit just aint fruit to me. Where I live we have strawberry fields and they let you pick your own strawberries. I like to go and pick my own and while I'm picking them I always make sure to eat some. lol

I totally agree with you! I much prefer fresh fruits - they are so much more tasty and ripe. The frozen never taste as good as the fresh and end up tasting more like ice than anything. I would definately use them in smoothies though. I also prefer fresh rather than canned. I just can't get use to the whole fruit cocktail thing - nasty in my opinion - I wouldn't even serve it to my kids! Too much syrup and it just tastes gross to me. Besides I love getting new fruits every week to see whatever is ripe or on sale to liven things up at home!

I prefer fresh fruit. I'll eat frozen to save money. Sometimes I'll purchase bags of fruit to save money, specially oranges, apples, and bananas. The ones that aren't used right away can be used in other foods or put into the freezer. Frozen fruit can be perfect for juice drinks or used at a later time in other dishes.
Right now, I have 10 frozen bananas in the frozen, which will be used for baking. I like to make muffins. Its cheaper to bake muffins, then buy already made at the store.

I don't like frozen fruits. I like my fruit to be fresh. There are not alot of fruits that I do like. I like bannas and sometimes I will eat some grapes or an orange maybe once a year. I will eat an apple once in a blue moon.

I prefer fresh fruits if I am just eating them, but if I am making a smoothie or my diet shake I use frozen ones as they are better. And they tend to last longer than the fresh ones.

I've never used frozen fruit. Canned yes, for desserts and a couple of times to make a pie or a tart. I don't eat a lot of fruit, not because I don't like it...in fact I can't tell you why. I think the frozen fruit is too dear.
I saw a health program on TV recently that said that no vitamins or nutrients were lost in the freezing process...that frozen fruit and veges were equally as good as fresh.

I like fresh fruits too but before I eat it I will put it in the fridge before eating it. I like it cold and not frozen. I feel like it is more refreshing to eat when it is cold.

I prefer fresh fruit as I never "plan" to have fruit, I just have it when I feel like it, so I would never get round to defrosting frozen fruit. I do like tinned fruit as well though as it is easy the juice is really nice, especially in a fruit salad.

Yes fresh ones are always the best! The nutients are still completely in the fresh picks and we might as well take advantage of it. Happy posting!
