I love this show. I love dancing. But i have come to realize as i have become a woman of a certain age, dancing is not something i do as well as I use too. I now have a basic two step that I do to all music, fast or slow.
I once in a while pull out a old dance out of the old dancing bag of mine. But my kids always tell me to stop and sit down! So as a person of a certain age, do you think you can dance??

I KNOW that I can not dance. I would probably injury an innocent bystander if I tried to start dancing. If you see me on the dance floor (not very likely) you have been warned to run in the opposite direction.

I think that my dads shows of his "moves" for the same reason. He secretly gets great pleasure out of embarrassing us but I think all parents feel that way.

I think its not too late to practice dancing. Before when i was in High School it was so hard for me to learn dancing. What i did is to join Dance Workshop and practice dancing. Now, im in college im proud to say that im now a dancer of our University. :)

I feel I can dance. I loved to, and my late sister was very good as well. I have been told I am good on the floor, but for the most part, I just don't do it. but yes, I feel I can.

Haha, I'm a hopeless dancer. Seriously if the world depended on me doing a good dance we're as good as doomed XD

I don't think I have any special dance moves at all and I am not very limber either. I have a hard time learning dance steps/ I have rhythm but that is about it. I like to watch that show also. I do like to dance but I have moves of my own mainly. My husband says I can dance good LOL.

I enjoy watching the program, but it shows me one more thing - that I'm getting old.
Some of the dances they do (to me) is just not dancing, but I'm sure it is to them.
We still go dancing. While I'm not the disco queen I once was, (30 years ago), we still two step, waltz and do a few other steps. It's funny though - we are always the first on the dance floor and people still watch us. Dancing is one of those things we do well together. We 'fit' togehter.
We took a ballroom dance class several years ago and truly enjoyed it, although now, it might take me a while to get around the floor.

i think who cares how long it takes to get around the dance floor as long as you get up to dance. age is a gift girl. you know that. yeah we can't do all we use to do, and sh*t who wants to. LOL i mean some of the things i use to do, i dang sure would not want to do again. I am settled now. each moment i am more of who i am suppose to be, and not who i think i am suppose to be. with age comes a certain amount of love and honesty with who you are. I would not trade that in for anything.
you taught me that girl, so so what if you can't get around the floor in a few minutes, you got up to dance and that to me my friend, is the sign of a true dancer

I love to watch others dance but I have two left feet. All of my kids can dance, especially my girls. They have tried to teach me but I'm too stiff. They laugh at me all the time. When I slow dance with my husband, he's always saying the guy is suppose to lead....LOL...I love the show also. I'm watching it now as I type.

Haha, how old are you ,may I ask? I'm 24 years old now,I think I can dance, although I've never acutally danced before.I once read an article called The Ballet of my 30s.That woman is 30 years old ,but she still wants to challenge herself, although she know nothing about ballet before. And she did it!That is really amazing! If you have every confidence in you ,then you can do it!

i am 36. and i am more then confidence that i can not dance LOL. not dance they way professionals do so, but i can hold my own with my two step for sure. i am always about stepping out of my comfort zone. the more i do, the more i grow as a person. i just created my own website to start my own online business. i am all about doing things i never thought i could or would. i love to hear about people going out there and setting out to do something out of their comfort zone. good for her

I think I'm pretty good at dancing. I've been dancing ever since I was 4 years old so for.. almost 14 years now. I mainly do Hip-Hop dancing and I was in Tap&Jazz when I was younger. As I got older I started getting more into the Hip-Hop style and have been doing it ever since. I'm pretty good with Ballet dancing because I did that when I was younger and I was in dance class from the 8th grade to my graduating year and we had to learn it. Dancing and singing are my two top passions and I think I'm really good at both of them. There are things I could improve on and there are plenty of people out there better than me but still, I think I'm pretty good!
