beef or pork?

I like pork more though. Maybe it's because I've seen more dishes with pork that I like compared to beef. As for my observation, it seems that the pork meat is a bit loose compared to beef and much lighter in color. Beef is usually harder to chew as well.

hehehe..it softens if it is boiled really hard..its the taste that i cant differentiate,..hahaha

Ahahaha yeah just like "nilagang baka" not sure what to call it in english though. uhm... hard boiled beef??? with vinegar. Yeah, it does get soft when boiled for quite some time. the taste, hmm.. yeah, it tastes almost the same.

"nilagang baka" with vinegar? huh? hehehe you put vinegar on it? all in nilagang baka is the veggies,then season it with salt and pepper then thats it..i do not even recall that nilagang baka has vinegar..

i prefer to eat pork than beef. since i am a child pork is my favorite because not have bad smell when it is still uncooked. i don't like the smell of beef. anywhere if i am not force to eat beef i will not really eat even if it so delicious.

I like both.I don't think there is any difference between the beef or pork. If two meat in my table , I will eat evevy meat . I think the color of beef more red than pork.

I would say that between pork and beef I would choose beef everytime,because I dont really like pork,even though its good from time to time.

I like to eat both. I don't really prefer one over the other though.
