Finally!I'm able to live on my own!I'm proud to say I can be totally independent!
As some of my friends have know that I just got my first real job.Today is my second day,I just got off work. Now I'm spending sometime myLotting.
If I got my first pay ,I shall buy some presents for all my families,my parents,my brother and sisters, and my little nieces and nephews. Can you imagine how happy I am now?
I was ashamed of myself for quite a long time,as I didn't have a regular job.I thought I didn't even have a home,as all my parents didn't understand me.I just made a call to my mom and my elder sister to tell them the great news.
Perhaps you think this is no big deal, but this is huge for me really. This means I can go home ,I can face anyone without guilty.

I'm very happy for you!! It's a horrible feeling to not have a job and be able to pay your own way, isn't it? I'm glad that things are working out for you!

Congratulations! Independence is indeed a great milestone to accomplish.
I don't think being unemployed is synonymous to being lazy. Times are hard and it can be very difficult for most people to find a job. No need to feel guilty or ashamed about that.

I can identify with you as I too has my first permanent job. With that, I can contribute to my family and buy gifts for them. Besides, I don't need to open my hands to ask for money now. It makes me feel great. Except I can't save much now. I think it's normal for first job.
Save more and work hard.

It is great to hear that you have a job. What job is it and how much are you earning? How come you can live on your own as this in only your second day? I would have thought it would have took you quite a bit of saving to be able to afford your own home?

Congratulations! I am very happy for you! I know exactly how you feel. Moving away from home is awesome. You realize that you can do whatever you want, buy whatever food you want, eat whatever you want. Even if it was no pressure when you lived with your parents you always adapt. I remember when I moved away. In my family my mom has always been strict about only drinking water if one is thirsty and when we had orange juice at home we were only allowed one glass with breakfast. Okay, no big deal, really, I didn't care that much. But what a feeling when I moved out and I could go buy juice and drink just because I was thirsty or felt like it! Just the fact that I could do and buy whatever I wanted to is an awesome feeling.
And then getting a job too! Even more congratulations to that! This means that you can have your own money to do with what you like. Again I remember when I got my first paycheck. Even paying bills felt great because I felt so adult and responsible to have my own bills to pay with my own money! Obviously now I wish I had less bills but that is another thing :) The whole idea of being independent and being able to pay your own bills is a really big thing!
Have fun, enjoy living alone and take care!

that's pretty good my friend atleast you prove to your family that you can stand with your own feet. i am independent with my parents since i am 18 although this is not common in our country, many of our countrymen even having 2 children still in the parents care but me it's different. my parents depend on me, they ask financial support from me but i am not regret of it because they are my family. i love them and i know they love me too. it's my obligation to take good care of them.
