Thank you, Sherry. I appreciate the kind words.
I don't know where this road will take me, but I've no doubt it'll be a fun journey!

Ohmygoodness, no. If I wrote about my own life I would probably be hauled off in handcuffs.
I'm already considering pseudonyms.

Sounds like a plan to me... also the other person's idea to write about your life - definitely worth thinking about - even if you use it as a base idea and go from there - either into fiction, using your life to draw from OR, using your experiences to write factual articles.
Have you thought about writing articles for the Article Exchanges? If you are interested I could give you a few of them to look into... send me a PM if you are interested.
Good luck

Thanks. Right now all I'm doing is blogging, but I have an idea for my first article, and I may have the opportunity to write short article for a friend's publication.

I do enjoy writing (could you tell? LOL), I just need something to write about.
I'm hoping to find a few small assignments that will help me figure out what genre I really want to pursue.

Thank you for the kind words, my new friend.
After reading what you've written, I know that you have a gift, and look forward to reading more. Is English your first language?

Yes. English is my first Lang. I read, write, breathe, bathe and towel my body with English Lang. But my native lang is Ishan, Nigeria, Edo State. U on line?

Thank you, what a sweet thing to say.
I just threw that together this morning in mere minutes, so we'll see where it takes me.
As I find good road maps for this journey, I am going to update the blog and share the information with others. A lot of it may already have been learned by the more seasoned journalists, but if I can help someone else heading down the same road as I, then all the better.
