God is Good

God is Awesome and all he ask is that we come to him with faith of a child. simple and easy belief that is it. no more. no less. we are the ones who make it hard.

May I be the first to say, "HALLELUJAH!" I am a christian or may be better put as a practicing christian as I recognize all people fall and come short of the Glory of God. I am so happy for you and will pray for you as your pathway may become tougher now. So nice to hear of someone on the right path towards Heaven! You keep looking up with your eyes on "the prize." HOW WONDERFUL!! to meet yet another brother in Christ. I know EXACTLY where you are coming from I got SO lost in that world that although I had known Christ since I was a child it absorbed me to the point that I denied His very existence. But HE NEVER!! turned His back on me and He got me out of SO MANY predicaments I allowed myself to get into. I know now that He was always there just holding out a hand hoping I would grab onto it and NEVER let go again, and that is EXACTLY what I have done and intend to continue doing until His glorious return or until the day I die (whichever comes first) I am SO TOTALLY done with it I have NO desire to go back after all now I can say "been there, done that, not interested. How could I not completely and totally love HIM it is so mind boggling how there is so much love in Him that "knowing we were sinners He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believeth in Him have everlasting LIFE!!"

I am happy that you found your way out of your own nightmare and that you have found God in your heart. This is always good thing to hear that someone actually is geting better then he was earlier in this world. This is right, God is good and he is always there for us. Believing is everything that he need from us to do everything he can.

Thank God that He rescued u from the path of destruction. I thank God for your life too for realizing this. I want to say that God is real. He only makes Himself fully available to as many that acknowledge Him as the author and finisher of our faith. yes supadave45,there is no doubt about god being good.it is only him for whom we have been on this earth. we get to eat, have a roof over our head and the various comforts in life. so my friend, we should be thankful for him. many a times there a situations when we feel disheartened. it appears as if it is the end,our last day in life. but we overcome these and live on for many succedind days. so do not you think that this is the divine way of the creator.
