Verifying your PayPal account

Does anyone know how to verify a paypal account if you do not have a bank account or a credit card. I know this may seem impossible, but for some reason is has happened to me before. My other account has not been verified, but it can send and acquire money.
If that makes no sense, this might.
How can I send money on Paypal without using a credt card or a bank account.

Hi,
In order to verify PayPal account, you need to link a credit/debit card to you PayPal account. If you have US bank account, then you can link your account with PayPal to verify it.
You can only send money to other PayPal users if your account is not verified. If you want to send money to credit/debit card or bank account, then you will need to verify your PayPal account.

You need to have a credit card or a bank account to verify the paypal account. Other option could be that you verify your account using a credit card of some of your close relative and later on adding another your owned card to your account. You try not to withdraw by the credit card and can withdraw using the cheque option.
