nobodyuknow I doubt it's a glitch, very rarely do low levels participate in Matchmaking due to it being a more 'high level' thing.

nobodyuknow In my opinion, education really is the key. Education is more of a long term luxury thing, you learn enough til you can eventually sustain a healthy and upbringing lifestyle for you, your partner and perhaps even your children!
