If you are given the chance to choose what would you prefer, a boy or a girl?

I would choose to have a girl. That way with a boy and a girl it would be a gender balanced family. My sister has two boys and two girls and people say that was great planning. I have a 13 year old son and a 1 year old son. I would love to have a girl. Toys and clothes can be passed down if a family has all boys or all girls. This is convenient but I still wish to have a girl next time.

There are advantages to having either one for your son. He can play with either one of them and he will grow close to either one. I myself would like to have a girl just so I'd have both, a boy and a girl. But really I would not care either way. Some might say it's better to have another boy then things can be passed down and so forth. You son may not like this when he is older most do not like to have something others had first. Having a sister would be good for him to give him experience with a girl and possibly have more respect for a girl since he has a sister. You never can tell. I would mostly hope that whatever the child is that he/she is well developed and with no problems. That he/she will be a happy child.

It really doesn't matter for us. Any gender is welcome. Both my husband and I love children. Though we have an eight year-old-boy, if we were to have a second child, it really wouldn't matter if it was a boy or a girl

For me arlene really it doesn't matter.Whatever God given to us I will be happy.Hmmmmm.....are you planning to have one ...wink!

of course i would like to have a girl. Theres no question of it. But if it comes as a boy i would accept that too
