What is on the agenda?

This was supposed to be a busy busy day. It is a beautiful day and I needed to get my washing done, my house cleaned up, and I have three afghans to have done by the middle of July so I have to work on them. Then I have a purse pattern I bought that I need to start on making the list for all the supplies needed. Today is my grocery list making day, and cleaning out the fridge. Those are just a few things if I can get all that done I will be so happy! Have a great day and God bless!

I'm going to go to the doctor. Then I am going to do laundry and throw in some dinner. Then I have my 12 year old daughter's soccer game to coach tonight. It's bright, sunny and hot here. The heat will slow me down quite a bit. I don't do well with heat. We are supposed to have some storms in the area later so hopefully they will hold off until after game.

Good Morning Amber!! I am staying in out of the heat hon. I have my bills paid up until my husband gets paid this weekend and then I'll have to start over again LOL. I'm responding here on MyLot in between checking for medical reports. Have a great day hon!!

I got up early and cut some grass before it got too hot, then put a meatloaf in the oven. I got a little job yesterday cooking for an elderly couple who want me to cook dinner for them 2 or 3 times a week. I cook extra of whatever I'm making for dinner, and bring it over to their house. Luckily, they live close by. After I brought their dinner over the guy called me up and said that they loved the food, so I was happy they liked it. After dinner I cut some more grass. I came in when it started to get dark and made some fruit smoothies. I was so tired I went to bed after that, and fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The temps here have been over 90 degrees, and though we have air conditioning, I feel more tired than usual when it's so hot outside.

That reminds me, I need to pay a bill today also. No big plans here. I'm off on Mondays and I've been on the computer for about 3 hrs., catching up on everything. I need to do some laundry too. The weather won't affect my plans for today.

What are my plans? Work and rest. And try to wedge mylot into any freetime I have. This week is weird so far, but not as long or hard as the others. I did hear from the line though... something maybe coming down the project wire. (Yes its vague but it really can be a pain at times).

Well I got my hair cut and went to the grocery. I'm cooking dinner now. The weather didn't affect any of that but I was planning on mowing the grass. I did have to postpone that...not that I minded, lol.

I'm planning to do some baking today. Each week, I make at least one baked food out of fruit. This week its bananas, as purchased them by the bag on Saturday. The store sold out of bagged bananas in less than an hour, so went shopping at just the right time. Each day I try to reduce by removing one bag of trash from my house. Today was easy, as started with reading the paper looking for future articles to post new discussions.

The weather definitely affects my agenda! It is very hot and humid. I do need to get a coat of paint on the shed ramp, though. We are promised some rain tomorrow--thank God!--and I don't want the wood to warp. I have been sweeping the porch, rescueing a lizard from the cat, cleaning out some stuff from my closet and started a load of laundry. Whew! That is a lot for me! Now all I have to do is get off myLot and clean up the kitchen and make some lunch!

I did not do much today at all. I got up and got my son off to summer school this morning and then my daughter and I watched some cartoons after breakfast. We took a nap and then had lunch. After lunch I loaded the dishwasher, started some sour cream lemon bread in the bread machine and took a shower. Now, I am on myLot, but I am going to head up and get dinner ready in a few minutes.

So far this morning I have made 4 pounds of toffee. I had to run to the store because I thought I had enough butter, but it turns out I didn't. I got another order last night, so that made me fall short by half a stick of butter. I have 2 more pounds of toffee to make as soon as the other stuff is cool enough to bag up. Then I have to package up the toffee and ship it all out. I really should not even be on here right now because I only have 1 1/2 hours till I have to be at the post office to ship it all out today. Going to the grocery store put me behind a little bit.

Well today I was going to spend time for me this afternoon whilst my son was at school and also play catch up on some paperwork but the school informed that I have to be at a meeting at 2pm about when he starts full time in September so there goes my plans eh so instead of being in the garden in beautiful sunshine I am going to be cooped up in at school hall listening to a speech I have heard twice before already becuase of my older children, but it is his first time bless so I will go. Glad you got your bill sorted. Oh and the weather if it had have been raining I probably wouldn't have minded so much LOL. Ellie :D

Just work for now. I went out to get my Dad his Father's Day gift and I bought the hubby a pair of shorts that I saw this weekend and thought I would like on him. And, now it is just work until 4 or 5. Then, I will wrap my Dad's gift and get it ready to send out tomorrow. Maybe watch some TV, do some myLotting, make dinner, read a little and get ready for bed. That is about all I have for today! As for whether the weather has put a damper on things for me...yes! It is hot as Hades out today. I guess today isn't so much a problem. I would normally go to the park around the corner from my office, and read during my lunch hour but, it is too hot. It is almost too hot to walk the 6 or so feet from my car door to my office door. It says it is 93 degrees out right now in my area but, it also says it feels like 95 degrees. And, this is only June. August is our hot month. I am not looking forward to how much hotter it will get if it continues like this for the summer.

ambiepam I am stuck here with shingles still, and am mylotting to keep from going out of my mind with the pain. I cannot go anyplace until these things fianlly heal. lol.and its hotand Iam sweating and hurting ouch.,oh my.

I'm here at work all day, which is ok, because the weather is stinky here too. I wish I were independently wealthy so I could stay home and tend my garden, but, alas, I'm here slaving away. (on MYLOT...LOL...SHHH...don't tell anybody)

I paid some bills this morning also and did some figuring on them. I also got me some sleep earlier also so I could work online this evening and tonight. I'm glad that you got your problem settled also. Seems to always be something crazy going on. It has been hot as heck where I live. We were to get rain tonight and tomorrow, but i have yet to see any. We would have liked to go out and get in the pool today but we was too wore out. We work seven days a week. It is hard to find the time and energy for it most times.

well its tuesday morning, around 8ish and i amgetting ready for work and right now, i am eating my breakie while i am on mylot! getting the girls off to school (they still have another week or two here!) and then its off to work for me!

Well, firstly, getting to bed before the sun rises! lol. it is almost 4:30 in the morning here!!!!! Then maybe some house work followed by some shopping! Yay! Get me out of the house for a while pleeeaaaase! lol. Maybe I will do some sewing or reading or writing or spend my spare time on the computer. Just depends on how I feel. If it is raining hard, like it has been the last few days, I think going shopping will be put off again. Hubby might go and get some groceries, but I don't want my girls to get sick again, we've only just gotten over the last round of the flu.

I had an exam to do today, thankfully I've got one more and then that's me done with them.
