Have you considered cooking the night before? I am a night owl ans hate mornings. So if I have a really early morning coming up I cook up a batch of scrabbled eggs with bell peppers and onions. Then the next morning I just warm it up in the microwave and put in a tortilla with salsa and cheese. Breakfast burritos are a fave in my family. That and toad in a holes. Knock the center out of a piece of bread and put it in the frying pan break an egg in the middle and cook on both sides. I think the kids like the gross name.

A quick P.S. I will take on day a month to cook up a bunch of breakfast food and put it on plates, wrap them up,and freeze them. Works out great for days when Mommy is sick or too tired to cook, or when the hubby is running late. He grabs on and eats it up in the break room at work.

A good quality granaola bar like Nature Valley. They hold me up and do not have all the sugar and junk ingredients. Another favorite is a cup of yogurt! It's easy too--just open the lid and eat! I'm all for fast and easy breakfast because I eat on the run on the way to work or at my desk once I am here.

A good protien drink will satisfy you and keep you from feeling hungry throughout the day. Another good alternative is a fruit and non-fat yogurt, it has natural sugars, but not those that will give a typical sugar rush. Eggs to are always a good source of nutrients and fill you up-- and no sugar rush
