urgent please help

hi all well i am a little confused with everything in my life right now. i am this guy for some months now,where i live is not very spacious so most of the time we talked outside,i told him that already,so i hope he understand.anyway last night we were supposed to go and practice some maths because i am horrible at maths so i asked him if he could take the time out and help me he did not declined but he suggested that we do it at a hotel.i was shocked when he say that because he live with his mother and i must assume he has his own room because he is 29 and he is working. honestly i dont know if i should feel bad but i am feeling bad,what i was expecting was that he would say ok you can do it at my house because of the situation at mine. but no he suggested a hotel.i am thinking a lot right now and i dont want to say it to him,so after you guys have read what i wrote please tell me if you were in my position what would you think
