There are reports that Ms. Ces Drilon is missing in Sulu. I hope they are in good hands and are not really abducted by local terrorists/bandits there. I heard that they were covering some news in the area with a guide but Saturday they lost contact with the group. Let us all pray for them for their safety.

I think they will be used to let the terrorist voice out their needs. If they coordinate with the military guarded the site atleast now they will be do their best to locate them but they didn't. I am very optimistic that they will be heading home safe and still I pray.

The Abu Sayyaf is demanding P10 million for the safe release of the hostages, according to a military report. But the network is firm on their policy not to give in to their demand because if they do so, these terrorist group will do it again in the future.
I hope they would be released unharmed.

I have not yet watched this in the local news but heard this from my officemate. It so bad that the terrorist group based in Sulu have no respect anymore about the media people or member of the press. Well this is not surprising anymore because even foreign missionaries who are here to help our poor countrymen were victimized and abducted by this group.
Let us hope and pray that Ces Drilon and her group will be released in safe and good condition by this group. May our government particularly the Armed Forces will do something to stopped abduction like this in the future.

being in danger for the sake of the truth well delivered to the people, is one of the painful part of their work. it is really a pity sight to see that those people who only do their task for the sake of work is sometimes put at risk. their lives is always at stake and they don't even deseve it. at this time of their crisis, let's all pray for them. it will help them.

Acc. to what i've read, the militar was suposed to escort Ces and her crew before going to Sayyaf's place but she turned it down so this is what happened. Ces is a tough anchor, and i can feel that the abductors have no plans of hurting them, hopefully...

I also heard about this news yesterday. I hope that she and her crew are all in good condition. I really find sulu a very dangerous place for all the reporters but I certainly salute her braveness to go in to that place. She's really a good professional in her field.
