Fun Exercise

What's the most fun form of exercise for you? For me, it's dancing. I love dancing and it's like an over-all exercise where every part of your body is moving. How about you?

well I would vote on something else but I can't mention it here since there are so many underaged kids :P So I suppose my favourite form of exercise apart from that is swimming :D it's so relaxing and yet it exercises every single muchle in your body :D

hmm....i think i know whats excersie is that, lol i play basketballa physical game but its full of fun, you can walk or run inside the court, its a combination of some basic moves running, walking, and jumping. the other one is biking, though i don't have my own bike but i found it fun and interesting

Dancing is definately fun, but it's something that I rarely do. I do lots of swimming because I'm very lucky and live close to a river which is ideal for this. I don't get to do as much exercise in there as I'd like though as I'm normally minding the kids at the same time, which limits my actual swimming. I suppose dog walking is where I get most of my exercise, and I enjoy that too. A nice walk in nice surroundings is relaxing as well as good for your body.

Hi there Green Moo! Yes, you're lucky to live near a river. We have one near our house but it's in the back of a public school so we can only spend time there when it's summer vacation or when there are no classes. I think dog walking is fun too. Any walking actually as long as as you've said, the surroundings are beautiful and the air is fresh and clean. Thank you very much for your response.

Certainly , dancing keeps your body active. I like dancing too for joy and excercise. I like to do tai chi too. That's also a very refreshing excercise. And, it's good for all ages.

hi nanayangel. mine would have to be swimming and jogging/running. these are complete body exercises that can be done by almost everyone with the greatest of ease.

Hi there Allen! Yeah, everyone can do jogging and running since you can do it almost anywhere but not swimming I think, coz not everyone can swim and you need something to swim on for that. But you're right. They are all complete body exercises and they're fun too.

Hello nanayangel, I love to dance too. Though I am a little lazy in running but whenever I hear a beat, my butt and my feet just can't help but do some wiggling and steps. It's a very fun exercise. Dancing makes me happy too. That is one of my energy lifter. LOL Take care =)

swimming and dancing especially belly dancing..i have tried this with my friends and we had a lot fun while doing this we all laughed together

I love going to the gym, I go five times a week to keep fit and lose weight as well as bodybuild. I love running on the treadmill, it makes me feel alive and it's great for clearing the head and mind of frustrations, stress and anger. I was diagnozed with depression in 2003 and since joining the gym I have conquered depression. I love going to the gym and it's my hobby as well. I also cycle and work out on the cross trainer, I take my Ipod when I am exercising because that helps me to work harder.

I like biking, though I seldom do. We can incorporate exercise with our daily routine to have fun. Walking is one way. Walking a fairly short distance is economical and good exercise at the same time.
