There's a free website called sparkpeople http://sparkpeople.com that helps people figure out what they should be eating compared with the exercise that they do that can help you reach your goal weight (if you have access to it in China...)

Well its easier getting fat than thin for me. I just eat a lot and after several days I am bloated already. But if I were you try being in the middle of things. Instead of being fatter try being leaner. Meaning you develop your muscle tone than the fats instead. But there you need to workout for yu to achieve that.

If you exercise a lot or any.. maybe cut back on some of it.
try and eat more and eat more foods higher in fat.
They also make things to help you gain weight. Probably shakes or food bars of some kind. You should be able to find them in just about any store.. Ask someone who works at a store next time you go if they have anything like that..
also maybe check with your doctor to see if they can give you any advice to gain weight.
other then that I don't really know.. but if you are anything like my cousin it is going to be hard to gain weight. Some people just can't no matter how much they eat and stuff.

there are things that can help you gain weight
Try something called boost, it can help you gain the weight you need.
Eat a bit more fatty (good fatty) foods,
If you have an overactive thyroid though it would be hard to be able to gain the weight you want.

good day. eat. that's m advice eat a lot but of course within the confinement of your limit.
