Is there another way that mylot pay us other than paypal? If not, is there anything we can do to get them to pay another way?
I refuse tp use paypal. they arre stealing money from my account and have been for years. I have asked them to take all of my information out of their system, they say they have but I know they have not. I don't use them only the first time when I signed up, and that was years ago. They let people use my account and adding stuff to it. They are taking $10 out of my bank account 1 or 2 times a month. I called them and they won't do anything.
I'm just one of the unlucky ones that has been done wrong and still am being done wrong.
The only thing I can do to change it is to change my bank card.
ANy help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Sorry to hear you have problems with Paypal. I had a problem and they sorted it out quickly. Not sure if myLot has another payment method though.
With regard to Paypal, put you complaint in writing and send it by regular mail to the address on their site. You will get it sorted out that way.

Wow pay pal hasnt stolen from me theyve been pretty good. Never heard of anyproblems with them from anyone else. Maybe someone else got a hold of your credit card and used it and you thought it was paypal that was stealing from you. Thats the only explination I can think off. But I think there is another program that you can use but I just dont know the name of it.

I don't think so. My credit card statemnet says it's paypal and it has their phone number there.
Also, when I called them they still had my info which I asked numerous times for them to delete. Everytime I spoke to someone about this they apologized and said that "this time" it being taken out. But it has not.

I do not understand how paypal could steal money from you. I have my online bank accountlinkedto paypal and when mylot pays into paypal I hit the withdraw funds to my bank and my money is safely deposited in my own bank account and does not stay in paypal i have never had a moments problem with paypal at all ever. how can they steal your money?

The credit card account that I put in my list when I rodered through them, they still have that info. The credit card is actually my bank card debit/credit.
I don't know how they did it. I just know its been done.
My bank said get with paypal and have then give me back the money but they won't. I only asked the one time about the money being taken out up to twice a month. I got frustrated with the guy I was talking to and have not called back. I need to send them copies of my bank card statements.
Maybe I would get my money back. ANd the things that they sent to California over $500. worth of stuff. I'm just out that.

How is it you know that it's PayPal that is taking this money? I've never heard of such a thing. It sounds more like you've signed up for something you don't remember, and they're taking out that amount each month to pay for it.
I've had two accounts with PayPal for at least 6 years now and have never had a problem, nor have I known anyone else that has. I've bought and sold on eBay and have conducted dozens and dozens of transactions, and friends of mine have been through hundreds - all without an issue.
If it really is PayPal to find out exactly why it is happening. Get it all documented and don't stop until you are satisfied it has been taken care of. And if that means changing your bank card, then change your bank card!
But to answer your original question, no, myLot pays with PayPal only, and I've not heard of them changing it.

they admitted to sending things to the people in California. I know it's them and they do too. They do say that the money being taken out monthly that they couldn't find it, at least the one time I called. I get tired of phoning and dealing with these people. Also they have my info and I've aasked them to take it all out of their system. They say it is and when I called them and should not have even had my info. any longer.
I have not ordered anything. ANd on my credit card statement it says paypal and their phone number is there.

I have tried numerous times. When I call and go through the hassle. They say that all of my info is being deleted or taken out. Then I get something else from them in my email. I call again and tell them that I don't use paypal and that they are not suppose to have my info, they apologize and say they are taking it out now and I should have no more problems. Then I do. It's kept up for years. It was suggested that I mail them a letter. I will do this as letters usually get things done. I have all of the documnets I will send copies with my letter. Who knows maybe I'll get the money back they have taken. That would be a fine day.

Can't you just close that PayPal account?
You can always open another. I've got two, one personal, one upgraded to business. There is no restriction on that.

Just go back and use some of your spare time to check every website that you have ever entered your paypal email into. Then check that you did not subscribe to anything that automatically takes money out to stay active on that account on any website that you use. Contact your bank straight away and make sure its only you who actually takes the money out and uses it and not someone else. Either way Paypal is safe and a registered website of the government.

Your best bet is too ring ur bank and report ur card lost or stolen, make sure u have it in front of you so that you have ur sort code and so on, but dont tell them u got it, anyway try that itll work.

1.) If you send a message to the myLot administration, they should be able to tell you about alternate payment methods in your area. One of the methods might be a cheque or money order from myLot. I read a post on myLot a while ago from someone in a country that did not have any method of on-line payment available. That person received payment by mail.
2.) I had to change both my bank account and my Visa account several years ago. And I really hated to do it because they were both long standing accounts with card numbers I was familar with. But the hassel of having unauthroized $s removed from my account(s)along with all the extra expense of bank service charges for overdrafts, etc. made me realize that card numbers were just numbers. And not nearly as important as lost money.
Good luck with straightening things out.

yes, thank you. I will send them a letter and ask if they pay another way. Thank you for your input. I know I hate to change all of my stuff too, but losing money every month is not good either.

This is he first time I heard paypal is not good in dealing with their clients. Paypal has good reputation so far in whatever business engagement they have. I am new to paypal but thanks I have no problem with them. Sometimes my money in my paypal account will just sit there for months. I just transfered it to my bank account when I need to. The only thing I did not do is to have a credit card with paypal. Maybe that is something not good when you have that.
Well, good luck. I hope your problem will be sort out soon.

I'm so glad you and many others have not had a problem with paypal. They told me someone got my info many years ago. I just can't get them to take it out of their system. Maybe as suggested a posted letter might work.
