Stressed Out?? Twelve Things That Can Help!!

I know that there are times when I find myself stressed and needing to relax. The best thing for me to do is to lay down and relax. But there are some things that I can do to help me relax while laying down. I can listen to music or read a good book. These are only two of the things that are found on this list. Check out the list and tell me what/if anything on there works for you.

thanks for sharing the link... it is really helpful... when i feel stress out, i usually sleep... i love sleeping and it is my hobby if i can say... :-) i also enjoy window shopping... so when i feel stressed out, i will go out to the mal and do window shopping... i feel much better after sleeping or shopping... take care and have a nice day...

Other than taking a sedative pill ?
Then 1MATURBATION must rank at top of the list !! Also 2exercise or walking . 3Reading a book if you can summon the concentration required . Watching a good movie . 4Listening to calm music or if you are angry to heavy metal music , it can be calming believe me especially after you turn it off .

I have learned in some books that petting animals like dogs or cats can relax us.According to researchers,pet owners experience fewer heart attacks,less depression and are able to deal with stress better.When you come home after a long day at school or work,there is someone greet you at the door excitedly,and if the greeter happens to be your pet,then you will forget your worries and start to unwind.As you calm down,your heart beats slower and you feel comfortable and relax.
