How much have you got done?

Hi chrislotz, it's 10.45pm here and I've been in my lot for about 1 and the half hours. So far, I've only replied to the discussions I've started yesterday and have made 5 posts. I have also been doing a lot of reading. I usually read more than I write.

10 hours ago you posted this discussion and this is the first post of the day for me. I have not been on all day an just started after watching some tv and going to church. I have no idea how many discussions I will comment to tonight but it will be a few of them. The time here where I am is 9:00pm so by the time you read this I might be in been. so have a nice one.

Did not do much today. Started answering posts, and then I went to church. I got home from church and then we went to our older son's for the combination granddaughter's birthday and father's day. Then we went home, watch television, did a bit of myLotting, and had soup because we had been snacking all day. So I did not get anything much done. I have not done any posting as I am waiting for some of my unanswered posts to get more than one or two responses.

Yeah I do that a lot to. I can start posting pretty early in the day make 5 or 10 post take a break and play videogames while im searching through the post to reply to. Thats what I did today made about 6 post so far took a break played metal gear solid 4 for an hour or so now im back making more post. Its hard for me to post continulesly.

Yeah, I am right there with you! I got up before 7am this morning and it is now 3:45pm and all I have to show for it is 3 responses! I have been off and online... but mostly on all day. Go figure. I have been dinking around, reading, starting posts then erasing them. You name it...I have doing it. I guess there will be days like this and at least I am not alone!

I'm always very aware what I'm doing here at mylot. I'm responding here ^^. So I will keep that in my mind reading anything :). Cheers and happy reading :D.

I know what you mean but sometimes I do a lot of reading to see what is best to respond too, Although probably not two hours worth of reading.

i do that sometimes too... i got so engrossed in reading and not posting or replying at all... that usually happens when i feel tired and not in the mood to type... but i still enjoy it though... i learn new things by reading... mylot is not only about earning money but also friendship and learning new knowledge from others for me... take care and have a nice day...

I have days where I read a lot on myLot. I enjoy reading all the discussions and what everyone is thinking. Takes me away from my own little world for awhile. Then some days I feel quite chatty and will respond more than anything. It's nice to have the choice.

I do that too chris. I'll post and then go back and read thru the comments if a discussion is really interesting. Some discussions have so many responses that it really can take up quite a bit of time. I enjoy seeing what others have to say so even tho, I don't make as much money, its all good.

I don’t always have the chance to get online. Like yesterday, I was offline for the whole day because my boss gave me a lot of tasks to do and another programmer was ill and couldn’t come to work. I had to do my own task and also to help the boss rush that programmer’s untouched tasks. So usually when I get back to myLot, I would check my friends’ discussions first from my email notification in inbox, and sort all discussions I could respond to. Sometimes when I didn’t know what to respond, I would also have to check the others’ discussions directly from myLot’s left panel links. When I couldn’t even find any to respond, I would remain only reading for hours and responded nothing. :P

I do the same thing. I find that a topic looks interesting so I go into it and read all about it and then realise that I don't know what to say. If I don't know what to say, I don't say anything and I move onto the next conversation. This can repeat a few times but that unfortunately doesn't end in lots of myLot generated currency for me. But discussion groups also need people that just read... I can't think what for but I'm sure that they do.

It seems there are so many interesting discussions and you just keep on reading what people are saying about it. I'm doing my best making posts. I've just joined so I think I'm a far way from getting paid but I'm working on it. There are so many interesting discussions in MyLot. Some of them I just have to read everybody's response!

I reckon reading everyone's comment carefully and responding with eagerness wouild be better than just responding without deep thought. It would show your responsibility to the mylot community.

i am also not very active. i logged in the morning at about 9:30 local time. then i had lots of work to do. i was engrossed in them. so it was tough to post. till morning i have just posted 6-7.

sometimes, I'm kinda like that. I'm so engrossed to every discussions made by everyone else that i forgot to post discussions.

just see the easy post and try to reply that post don't fear about the other disscussion here on my lot u have to concentrate and give ur views on that topic in a proper manner so don't loose ur hope and start replying .....................

yes! i just started but sometimes its just nice to read and observe fellow mylotters :) there's so much to learn on this site, it's amazing :)

Yes, i have done that. but here in mylot, i guess 15mins idle time just trying to look at tasks that i can do. interesting posts also adds up for me to have that idle time. yes, thats quite funny. hahah.
