I have been posting and reading in mylot for 5 hours now and I am not nmotivated anymore. I am bored. Do you get bored in mylot and if so how long does it take for you to lose your motivation? Probably not as long as me, huh? I wish I had more motivation but since I don't I am going to leave the site for awhile. Have you done this before and then come back to find you are motivated again? I have posted 50 responses and I think about 5 discussions and that is enough for me for now. How about you? How many can you do before you quit for the day?

Considering your ranking, I assume that I am more easily de-motivated compared to you. I'm a newbie and after awhile, I've been on and off in terms of writing here in mylot.
Unlike you, I don't think I'll survive 5 hours here in mylot in any given day. The discussions doesn't seem to interest me enough. If I do like the topic very much though, I write a lot but on that issue alone. writing 3 at a time is enough for me. And I don't think I can do it everyday.
At least you have the capacity to do 5 hours. Maybe taking a break would be good for you. Helps you refresh. And when you get back, you might have better ideas to put up in mylot.
Cheers to you! :)

And I am now back again trying to find that motivation. It is sunday afternoon and nobody is home but me and since I don;t have a car right now I have no where to go so I came back on the computer and I am reading some more and finding more motivation. There is nothing else to do today so I may as well try to make a few pennies here in mylot.

I'm not sure if I would call it boredom. There are times I don't find discussions that catch my interest. And other times that I spend hours just reading posts without responding. It is such a varied land, this myLot world. Fun, amazing, and mind boggling at times.
As far as how many posts I can do? Nowhere near your 50 a day. And I haven't yet posted more than a very few discussions. I can never think of topics, at least not while I am at the computer. I can think of them when I'm out in the yard, or driving the car. But, by the time I get back to myLot, I've forgotten them. Oh, well!

Hey, its sometimes quite necessary to take a break from Mylot. I mean if you've been posting every night and find that you are not finding it fun, it's probably a sign that you need to take a break, chill, relax and concentrate on the things you do outside Mylot. I went through several months when I just forgot about Mylot because I had been burnt out by trying to make it to pay out and so I needed a break.
I think how long you take a break for will depend on you. But after a while, when you do come back, you'll find that your mind works a bit sharper and you are able to post more effectively. When that happens you'll make pay out allot faster than when you did the first time and once that happens you will feel more encouraged to keep posting on Mylot. But take a break first, its quite necessary to recharge the Mylot batteries.

i think you are doing a fantastic job... i can never stay in mylot for 5 hours continuously... i will strained my eyes... also, i don't have the time to do that... so you deserve a break... take a break and come back again when you feel fresher and more motivated... the most i can stay here is 2 hours... and i have to take a break before i can continue again... take care and have a nice day...

hi chris!
i do get bored with myLot at times. but that's because there are distractions and other stuffs that get the better of my attention and i would feel like there's nothing here in myLot that can grab my attention back. so i would quit myLot and just indulge myself on that stuff that got my attention. and yes, i do come back here with a renewed interest on myLotting.
as for how many responses i post after i say its enough for the day, i don't reach 50. i think the most i make for a day is at least 20 responses (on weekends). and no discussions. because i seldom post a discussion. i don't post a discussion everyday. what i usually do is after responding to 5 or 6 discussions, i would take a break, like watch something or eat something. and this take at least thirty minutes to one hour. and then i would go back to myLotting and respond to another 5 or 6 discussions. and there are other distractions and other stuffs i have to do so i only make at least 20 responses a day. but i try to upload photos which doesn't require a lot of thinking unlike when responding to a discussion.

I haven't been very active since the beginning of the month of August, as I have company from Winnipeg and so i don't have time to post. This is the first one I have had the time to post to. I am going to have a lot of work ahead of me to reach the minimum payout for August, as I won't be very active till after the 16th of August, when my company leaves.

I can only post like 2 once a week..LOL! then each day, an average of 50-60 responses...I am also bored sometimes especially when I am done with all the notifications and I have nothing to respond anymore..
In moment like that, i will take a nap since I can't force myself to be sitting and trying to think and get nothing from my mind..LOL! After an hour or 2, I will get back the force to work here!

No I haven't left the site for awhile and come back I have posted on mylot every day since I started. I was trying to do around 30 to 50 responses a day but this month I have not been real motivated and have only been getting about 20 a day done. I don't usually start discussons.

I usually only do a few at a time. But I keep coming back so I am in and on out ll day long. Sometimes I just read or mark best responses. But the more I read, the more ideas I have been known to think up. Then when I can't find anything new or interesting---there are always the General hospital spoilers. They are usually good for a laugh or 2 and insoire some discussion....Then frequent breaks have me coming back more refreshed. Good luck and chat with you again later when you get re inspired!

I think you are not a new member as your posts are a lot here. 5 hours to post here is a very long time. Perhaps you are just tired at this moment. When I have more free time, then I will post more here. If not, then I try to post a least a few posts to make myself active in Mylot. I still enjoy here.

You are right, I have been a member with mylot for 8 months now and i try to stay active but since I moved two months ago this is the first time I have become very active, again. I hope to be able to post every day, but sometimes it just isn't possible.

Yea. It gets kind of tiring to face the laptop screen for a few consecutive hours. Posting in MyLot is fun but I'll usually take a break once every 30 minutes to do other things. I usually stay online in MyLot at night for around 2-3 hours. During the 2-3 hours, I am also doing other things ie watching animes, checking emails.

I take a lot of breaks, too. I can't just sit and doing nothing else. I get up and do some laundry and house work and cooking and so on, in between postings.

I usually spend about a half an hour to an hour on mylot - then I need a break! I type pretty fast so can usually get in enough responses that it makes a difference in my earnings each day. I just have so many other things going on I can't always give the site the attention I would like to!

When on here I can go for a few hours, like Saturday I was in the mood for it and was on here for about 8 hours or more. But then like today I have been on here for a couple of hours and I am starting to get fed up of it now.
I shall have to take a few hours break soon anyway as it is nearly time to fetch the kids from school and I will not then get back on here then until the kids are in bed. That will give me plenty of time to recharge my batteries.

Well, I just recieved my earnings for yesterdays posting and it was worth all of the time I was here. I made $2.58 and that is the second most amount I have ever made in one day before. You got to love this site, being paid for chatting. I was in mylot for about 8 hours yesterday , in total, so it was worth the money and the company. I can only be on mylot for long periods of time, on the weekends, too, because during the week I have to go to work. Right now it is 8am on Monday morning and I don't have to start work today till about 11 am so I don;t have to leave home till 10:30 so I have a couple hours to be in mylot. That is probably the only time for today, that I can be here as when I get home tonight I will probably have other things to do and won't be back for today. But maybe I will be able to find a few minutes.

Wow, chrislotz. 50 responses are many for me. Usually I would only do about 10 till 30 responses per day, but mostly I would stick to 10 posts per day. About starting my own discussions, it would depend on how many idea has come to my mind to start any. Otherwise, I would only spend around 2 till 3 hours per day to make at least 5 till 10 posts (hopefully not too short ones) and then I would have to get back to my project to finish the work.
I have ever been online the whole day (well, around 8 hours) back then, but that was the maximum hours I could stand. The next day, it seemed like I had lost the inspiration to respond or to start any discussion. LOL. Even when I got a new record of my earning, but the next day, my earning dropped to around 30 cents again, because I responded less. I think some users do have many inspiration to write here and to keep posting everyday, I really envy your skills in myLotting, Dear MyLotters! :)

Depends on how much time we have to read and write in mylot daily. Usually I've sign in about 3-5 hours a day. Because I need more informations, tips and tricks from other members to gain success in mylot (get paid and smarter). Also to find the new way to collect online money faster from many offers by mylot members

Oops, you posted this twice. Make sure to wait for it to post after you send it the first time. It can be very slow sometimes, but if you post something twice you will get into trouble with mylot.

I don't know if I bored. But I do get tired. I try not to do all my posting at once, most of the time I am doing other things. Like Laundry Cleaning and stuff like that. Plus I work at home so I am usually working on other projects at the same time. It helps to back and forth like that.

Yeah I would feel bored if I am spending too much time on mylot in one session for several hours. If I were to stay at home all day I would spend just 1-2 hours for mylot and would allocate the rest of hours for doing something else, like sleeping or browsing other websites or clean the house, etc.

I only posted 3 responses incluidng yours today. I am not that motivated, I feel depress actually and good thing there is mylot here for me to do something cool. I was planning to post 6 topics and response even for only 20 but I don't think I have that energy and motivation to do it. I may log out later on and sign back again tomorrow depending on my mood.
Happy mylotting!

Depends on how many times we have to do here. Usually I read and post in mylot about 3-5 hours a day. Because I need much informations, tips and tricks from many members that join in before me to gain success in mylot (get paid) also success in other online business / affiliate programs.

I have been doing this for 1 hr, and posted 20 posts, which I think is really slow. I heard there is 1 cent for 1 post, is that true? If that is the case then 20posts=20cents which is really little for 1 hr work. Does any one have better strategy in increasing post rates?
