IF YOU WILL HAVE A SUPER POWER... What will it be and why?

When I was a kid, I dream of having a power of LIGHTING SPEED... I even practice hard everyday... timing myself to see if I am improving everyday. I love to have this kind of power to be able to go anywhere I would love to go in just a matter of seconds. How about you... If you'll be given some extraordinary power... What would you like to have and WHY?

I do hope so... for us to fly among the birds and the sky is the limit for sure. :) But we will have more than wings in the day of judgement for those chosen few will be taken and brought up to live a life everlasting in the kingdom of God. THATS MORE COOL than having wings, what do you think? (,"O

I would like to see things before happening. Like the movie "Next" by Nicholas Cage.. Well, being able to see the future is better than all kinds of powers. Since you won't need hard work to avoid a certain incident to happen. Like also the TV series "Early Edition" where the news of tommorow can be read today.
That kind of power can be used in evil ways but it is much better to use it in good ways. Anyways, all powers can also be used in evil ways. It only depends on the person on how he would use that kind of gift.

It all depends what would you do in such case. You have still time to help others. All of us will die someday. Some of us even know it will be soon (like those with cancer). I wouldn't be scared of it so much that I would kill myself before it. It's just dumb.

if i will have a super power, i'd like to choose that i can manage my love freely, then, i can love the one who loves me. with the inspire of love, i think i can do everything, so i won't need other kind of super power.

I would have the ability to turn anything into gold at will. Not like the one midas have. I have been kinda broke lately so it's nice to be able to sell some gold once in awhile.
Also I want to have the gift of flight. Being able to fly anywhere is awesome, hands down.
With those two super powers I can go anywhere I want and have anything I want.

for me i'd like to have an invisible power, so that i can rob a bank bwahahahaa.. lol just joking

if i would have an extraordinary power, i would love to have the ability to fly. i have always wanted to fly. i always dream of being able to fly, if not flying, then leaping so high that i can reach the top of a 20-story high building. 
i just think that to be able to fly is so awesome! you can go anywhere for free! see anything for free. its not just that, the act of flying seems so liberating. the feel of the wind on your skin, the feeling of floating in the air, it just seems so a lot of fun. that's one extraordinary ability i wish to have.

If you're watching Heroes, then you'll see there Hiro. The hero with the power to control Time and Space coordination. I would like to have that power so I can rearrange the stuffs that I've made wrong. Or do the things I wanted to do and wasn't able to.
I think it's cool to be able to go to different places and basically travel the world in days or even hours.

I always have dreams that I am flying and I'll look down and start to get scared and start to fall a little but I am able to calm myself down before I fall to the ground too quickly so flying is something that I would really love as the feeling in my dreams is being so free.

I would like to have telekinesis. I think it's very cool. It should help me to fly and move faster overall. I would be like a shadow... manipulating thing from a distance, muahaha.
Mindreading and foreseeing is very cool too. Just imagine what could you do with those powers. Multimilionaire at the begining, I tell you ^^. Some bets or casino games and I would be rich.

I was in hurry when I was answering your discussion but I couldn't stop thinking about it for all those hours. I knew I haven't choosed the right super power at all :). This topic is so great that I can't just put here so mere answer!
So... telekinesis, time manipulating, mind reading and foreseeing are so typical. Those aren't weak super powers at all. I think they are great, but I know about few kinds of superpowers that would be really better.
Here's the best:
reality altering - I can change everything that is around my as I wish (like Proteus in X-Mens)... so I have all kinds of kinetic abilities, I can fly, and I can change everything around me... it means I can make even someone vanish :P or summon something freely.
There's only one question left... what would I do with such power? Well... I really don't know if I could do anything without destroying something. It would be just too complex to manipulate with everything... and noone knows if world would last if I would lost control over myself. This is one of those superpowers that wouldn't be in any other hands than God's. Cheers.

The superpower I would like to have is to make my magic real. In that way I wouldn't have to hear other people tell me anymore that it's all a trick and I'm fooling them. Also having that power could make more people happy right?

I don't even have to think about this. I would love to be able to teleport! I am a procrastinator and chronically late. This would solve all my problems. Of course superheros usually use their powers to solve the problems of others....I will have to think if there is a way I could use this for good, instead of just for my own purposes. In the meantime, I will never be late again!

You can go to a place where a man were being beaten up by gangster and you can rescue him and remove him from that place... you can save a child or an old aged person from being hit by a car or any vehicle. SIGH... NIce power to have indeed.

Its some kind of "EARLY EDITION" sereis where the lead actor receives a news paper a day ahead. So he has time to fix some bad things that suppose to be happening on the following day. wow.. practicing it huh. hehehe.. that's great. Well, when i was young i wanted to fly like wonderwoman (or does she? hehehe..) as i develop imaginations like this, i also would want to be an invisible person. but i guess that can't be possible even if i practice to be one. hehehe..

HEHEHE!!! You knew the answer already... LOL Anyway, even mine would be so impossible to happen... to be fast as the speeding bullet... while i can run about 15 secs per 100 meter. VERY IMPPOSSIBLE TOO IN MY CASE!
It is just some creative thinking during our childhood days and it make us dream big to achieve where we are now. God bless you my friend.

if you really want to achieve any super power you shoul start doing meditation and only then you can devolep your sixth sence. Once your kundalini is up you will be able to predict future and do wonders in this world. Super power is not just a joke , it is an acheivement of life.You should follow the advice of some great saints in India and follow them
