Seriously - Does Anyone Here Actually LIKE the D1ck Cheney?

With a lot of talk these days about potential VP running mates for each of the Presidential nominees, it got me to thinking about our current VP, the D1ck Cheney, who had been the head of the committee to pick George W. Bush's running mate and came back with the results that HE was the only person suited for the job. I guess we should have been aware of his arrogance right then and there if we hadn't been before! Former GOP Senator Lincoln Chaffee recently said he's the most arrogant person he'd ever met. I think it may have been Hillary Clinton who gave him the nickname "Darth Vader", but whoever it was it sure fits and it sure has stuck! So, come on fellow myLotters, Republicans or Democrats, Conservatives or Liberals, politically inclined or not so much - does anyone here LIKE the D1ck? If so, please tell me, what have you found to like about him and how far did you have to dig? For the record, while I'm very interested in politics and our government and I'm quite passionate about some issues, I don't take things personally in general; it's not at all uncommon for me to like and respect someone as a person even if their politics are the polar opposite of mine. Therefore I can honestly say my intense dislike for the d1ck isn't really political at all! Annie

Here we go Annie....I expect my Star rating to plummet as I post this. I'm not sure even theD1ck likes the D1ck........... Does this Man ever Smile? All I ever see is a Grimmace on this Man , If anyone is Scary in this Country.....I think it's a tie Between Will Krystal and our esteemed V.P. And I think Mrs. Clinton hit the Nail on the Head with the ever affectionate Darth nickname! Whack.....Okay.....I can actually feel my points going South! Great post Annie......( As usual )

That's very true - definitely SAD but true...lol! It was also why Kucinich started impeachment proceedings against Cheney first awhile back because he didn't want to take any chances of ending up with - GGGGAAAAAAAAAAGGGGG - President Cheney. Annie

I like George Bush more than anybody running to replace him. But I don't like Cheney worth a darn. He looks like a snake oil salesman, and I never have heard anything good about him.

Thanks for your response, you're the "type" I was especially hoping to hear from. If someone who likes the person that appointed him doesn't like him, what does that tell you? They say there's SOME good in all of us but his must be VERY well hidden! Annie

ROFL! Maybe his mother does. I can't stand the guy myself. Of course I have nothing good to say about the entire administration. I do agree that Cheney is one of the most arrogant public servants I have ever seen. He would not be on my Christmas card list.

He is much better than Al Gore if what we would have had for vice=president if Bush had lost the last election, I mean if you think the food prices are high now and the gas prices through the roof, think how bad they would have been if the Democrats had won. I mean people complain because Bush was so boring, and now because D. Cheney is so bossy? I mean is not what people are saying about Obama? You cannot allow bossiness in someone of a different race and not allow it in someone. I do not know what he is like. I have no dislikes or likes as far as he is concerned. I am more interested in his politics and his moral standards, not if he stands in front of a mirror and says, "oh I am so good looking," before he leaves the house.

I'm no longer a fan of Joe Lieberman but even he would have been several million times better than the D1ck, and I must respectfully but very strongly disagree with you comment about food and gas prices. Al Gore isn't and never was an oil man which Bush and the D1ck both are, for one thing, but that's not what this post is about. I don't think anyone's complaints about Bush are that he's "boring", more like it's because he's so stupid and incompetent, not to mention corrupt and crooked. As for the D1ck standing in front of a mirror and saying "I am so good looking" I doubt even HE is arrogant or stupid enough to say or think that...lol! As for moral standards - the D1ck have moral standards? You're joking, right? Annie

D1ck may be Darth Vader..(remember he was actually a good guy after all..at the end!) But Hillary Clinton is the Wicked Witch of The East as far as I'm concerned!

I've called him George Bush's D!ck - I've often wished I could set Lorena Bobbitt loose on him. (Did I mention - she's my hero!! LOL) The man obviously didn't listen to his mama when she said, "If you keep making that face, it's going to stay that way!!" Perma-sneer! I keep saying, Obama better be careful - someone might mistake him for a drunken lawyer - er - um - make that duck.

No I don´t like him at all. And of course I cann´t even tell why. When I saw him on TV the first time - I had this feeling of "don´t trust him" and it never ever changed. Just the first impression... But maybe he is a really nice guy if you know him in privat? I don´t know ...
