Well, it's been a long time since I graduated from school. And I had found so many interesting places in my schools back then and I wonder if anyone had any impression left in their minds after leaving school, especially those that made them freak out.
In my elementary and junior high school, not many students (and even teachers!) wanted to visit the library, because they would need to pass through stairs and it was kinda spooky back then. LOL.
In senior high school, some male students in 4th floor always had trauma when they paid a visit to their toilet at the 4th floor and they would always go in group. Why? Because the entry door was broken and nobody ever paid attention to fix it, and when the bell rang, and few people being left inside, and the wind suddenly blew, then ... SLAM! They were locked inside and screamed for help.
Since nobody would be there any longer after the break time ended, they would have to climb the wall to female toilet and come out right from female toilet's door. LOL. So mostly the female students like us who had known this incident would never enter the room that was exactly next to the wall.
Do you have somekind places in your school that made you freak out back then?

* get back from the floor after fell down in shock *
where is the "Bukit Jin" located at? is it at Riau? I have just found this fact from you. LOL.
Interesting, we should record the name of the school in our country's history or even in "Ripley's Believe it or not"!

I think I got impression that Bukit Jin was somewhere in Riau.
I wonder who named it back then? :P But probably many people got possessed in history (like the people you mentioned) so the place later got named as "Bukit jin"?
Whoah, I just knew that Datuk meant Tiger. Never knew about it back then. LOL. Interesting. Actually I love tigers but I cannot imagine living around their area. :P I think the local people must be really brave people to live in such adventurous place like that.

sorry for mistypo..
i meant tiger not lion :)
you know riau are malay area (not malaysian but melayu) they like to use word bukit.. and places always named with that word like bukit timah, bukit kapur etc.
and the reason for the name is because of the urband legend.

In our school we used to had a old partially destructed temple on the corner of the schools boundary.Everybody used to say that this place was haunted,as because its doors became locked automatically, and it doesn't open. So,oneday, I remember, I payed a visit to that temple,as I was having no place to hide myself as I was bunking my classes. When with a group of friends I enter the temple,it locked itself, and we were trapped inside.Later after hours when we got out we were surrounded by our teachers and with other students.I had a very bad day,you can imagine.

LOL. sorry for laughing at your experience. but if the temple really had the 'owner', then it seemed like the ghost wanted to let you know that running away from classes was not approved by the ghost either.
but I also feel sorry about the situation, after getting that spooky experience then got caught by the teachers all around, how did you finally get out?
and did you all get punished by the teachers back then?
I know how you feel, it wasn't funny when it happened. I had also become a bit paranoid when I paid a visit to the library back then in junior high school, I was actually planning to postpone my returning to extra class' lesson (wanted to run away from class) and the haunted atmosphere in the library was freaking me out suddenly. and when I looked around, nobody was in the library either, even the librarian themselves!

LOL. thanks for sharing your experience with the 'spooky' temple. I really admired your nerve in hiding yourselves in the temple even when everyone used to say that it was haunted. LOL.
that's good that a gatekeeper was there and opened the temple to have you out of the place. otherwise, I couldn't even imagine how you all would spend the night inside the temple. LOL. thanks for sharing!

Thats okay, you can laugh,in fact I laughed a lot, when I remember about this incident. Thanks for sharing your experiences in the library.
We were punished after we were caught, but it was not so severe. But we were been scolded a lot.The temple had no owner, and thats why gate was breaked and opened by our school's gatekeeper, before we were released.

Hello dear bongkarpasang. While reading this discussion about those spooky places that you had to pass, I had my goose skin show up. But I am happy that I don't have such experience in any school that I have stayed. I feel lucky not to have the spooky feeling on campus.

hi williamjisir.
that's really good to have very friendly atmosphere in school and campus.
surely back then we were just scared by the situation but finally when we had been away from such places, some of us have spotted the funny side in those situations, and finally can even laugh about it.

Sometimes we think back, there always be something special that make we bear in mind. and we might be angry of it that time, but now, they bring us fun.

LOL. yeah. it was surely not funny when it happened back then. but after surviving from those spooky library and the worst toilet ever, I think most of us, the former students would be able to laugh about these things when we got the reunion.
