do you like drinking plain boiled water?what else do you think is good for healt

plain boiled water is good for our health.I've learned that from one piece of newspaper.It says that we should drink 8 cups of this kind of water every day.Plain boiled water can promote the metabolism and take toxin in vivo out.and that will keep us healthy.Do you think so?if not,then what else do you think is more healthy?

But does the amount of water we drink depend upon where we stay? If we are living in a hot and humid climatic condition I think 8 glasses of water is too less. But if we are living in a cold place that may be ok. But yes water drinking is definitely good for health. But is boiled water better than filtered water? I don't know if boiled water has special quality that helps or not.

I think boiled water is better than filtered water,for it's nature,haven't been chemical treated,compared with filtered water.However,I agree with you on the amount of water we drink depends upon the condition we live in,that's reasonable.thanks for your response!

Well dear Drinking water is recomended as its essential for life of any living organism. they recomend it to boil water so germs and impurity decreases to minimum Well, we have filter at home and drink water from it, and at our home i can drink tap water as well. Regards

Hi I use to drink boiled water in addition to coffee and tea. Usually we add cummin seeds or coriander seeds or dried piece of ginger in water and then boil it. This water is good for general health and digestion. Drinking eight glasses of water daily keep our body free of toxin and it promotes the metabolism also.

My friend told me that plain boiled water in the morning helps reduce fat. I've tried it but not everyday. I might just add coffee to it. (lol)

Hello summerrain! I don't know i don'y have the habit of drinking boiled water at all. We have a water purifier and we are used to drinking water from it. Taking more of liquid food is good for health, water is very essential. I almost drink 2 litres of water everyday. I feel great! Have a good day!

Drinking 8 glass of plain boiled water is good for health. I've heard about it somewhere too. Drinking one glass of water first thing you wake up in the morning helps to get rid of fats in the body.
