Sun and Rain,which do you prefer???

Hands down, I have to say I prefer the sun. There is nothing like just having the rays of the sun shine down on you and basking in its warmth. Even if you're just sitting by the window and the sun is streaming in, that makes the day feel so much more cheerful. I would always prefer to be too warm than too cold.

I've always prefered it to be fine,But now even more as my roof leaks and we've had rain everyday for acouple of weeks, it gets me so stressed as I cann't aford to do anything about it.And if it's at night I donn't sleep knowing I'm going to have to empty the buckets and bowls if it gets haevy.I'd love a good safe nights sleep.

It depends on the mood. Sometimes I prefer sun and sometines rain. Too much of both is annoying.

Well I like both sun and rain actually.On hot days I prefer rain,lol.After alot of rainy days I would prefer to see the sun.I jokingly told my husband yesterday that I was going to pray for rain so that he didnt have to go to work today,(hes a contractor).When we got up this morning it was raining cats and dogs and he got mad with me because apparently he wanted to go to work lol.It stopped after awhile but the sky is still cloudy and it looks like more is coming,lol.

Human mentally is when it hot sun, they used to tell that, even we can able to live in the winter (rain) season but we cannot tollarate the Sun's hot.. like that.. Vise versa.. When it is raining, the people used to tell that even the hot sun, we can travel on the road, but in this rainy season, its very horrible to travel on the road.. like that.. But i love the raining season, even you ask me to stay at home or office in the raining season, the climate will be very chilled.. its very much enjoyable season.. and even if you ask me to travel in the rain, i will travel with full of enjoyment.. In fact i love to eat Ice Cream under the Rain.. thats my habit.. Thanks for the discussions to share my view..

I have been living in China for almost eigth years. This year summer I have noticed that it keeps on raining, Ahuh! No wonder it's raining for several day because you asked for it lol! Just kiddin' liuqian. :) It is good when it is raining because the weather is cool. But I'm a little bit sad because according to my Chinese friend this summer it keeps raining and it is not good for the farms. :( So you're asking me, which one do I prefer? Well, I grew up in a country with just two seasons, which is "rainy and sunny." For me I like them both because I am already used to it. Have a nice day! :)

Well, i wont be cruel by disliking any of the two, because both the sun and rain are great for me. They are elements of nature without which the world will not survive and i respect this thing. It has been a long hot 2 days, and it just started raining now, at 6 in the evening, and i am just too delighted. The best part is that it happened rite now, and i really like rain so much now. So i guess its rain for me as a hot summer break, and bathing in the sun when its winter time.

I like it when the sun shines. It has rained way to much here lately and alot of places are flooding we need the sunshine to come out and dry things out for awhile plus when the sun is shinning we can do things outside like to go to the swimming pool or the park.

if you are a business minded person you won't like rain because it will reduce your sells in a day, unlike sunny day you can earn more because people are free to roam around and make some shopping. i like rain if it is during night time because i am on sleep and i need fresh surrounding that can make me sleep well.

Well the part of the country i live in has both of sun and rain in ample. its very hot in the sun and it rains much. So, theres no choice. Even though there was i would like both. Its only the combination that makes the climate what it is here. It wont be good if either is missed out. Will rain be so enjoyed in the absence of the sun?

I like both depending on the mood I'm in, but my absolute favorite day is those crisp air, clear skied autumn days. For some reason they always put me in such a wonderfully peaceful mood.
