a great breathing exercise:
Lie down and get comfy.
Take in a deep breath and count to 10 while you inhale, hold it for a count of 5 then exhale for a count of eleven.
If you have to start off counting to a small # that's ok, you can build it as you go. I never get very far.
This helps to deplete the body of oxygen which causes you to yawn. At the same time, exhaling for a longer time than inhaling helps to rid the ody of excess toxins.
