ShannaS I use something called KPlan at work, free to download and works ok. I am ALWAYS at my desk though so it works for me, certainly isn't anything for those on the go.

I've heard several places that sniffing ammonia when getting a migraine will help alleviate it...has anyone ever tried this and did it work? Please tell me about the experience of how it helped and how long it took.
