I actually wanted to be an astronaut before but I never known a school here in our country who has such course so I prefer to take up interior design but sadly my parents does not have enough money to send to that kind of school and it happened that I pass a scholarship program in one of the universities here which only give me an opportunity to took up any of the two courses. Its either education or political science. I was advised by my father to take political science so that I can continue that to law. So as a good daugther I followed him. I am now finished with the course and still not pursuing it to law. Why? that's a big question and a lot of explanation to do.

for me, it was my parents who chose the career option. at times you have to rely upon your experienced parents for their suggestion. they told me to go into this medical field as a career. so here i am now, in the wings, about to be a doctor. by the way, are you doing B.Sc nursing? are you in India or do you hail from any other country.

I took up electronics engineering during my college days.. But it was not by my own choice.. As i dunno wat to choose and i wasn't really interested in all other courses, so i just follow blindly to my fren's choice.. lol =D Though the course is challenging, but i still dun like it yet i still managed to graduate with a diploma.. lol

When i was to go to college i discussed the subject i wanted to take with many of my relatives. Many of them who studied that course said it is not good. It is better for you to study something other than that. So i picked up my next best option and studied that. Now i never regret my decision.

I will soon start my first year in college.
The course I will attend is chosen by myself.
My parent's views are very different from mine, but I insist on my decision.

Hi kaezy_kulet!
I was the one who chose my course, my parents were asking me what I'd like and I said that I'd like to take up BS- Hotel, Restaurant, Institution Management and they agreed. They weren't really naggers. They supported me in everything that I've wanted to do. Anyway, I chose that course based on my interest. I'm really into food and hotels but what attracted me into taking it up are the 3 specialization: Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management and Travel and Travel and Tourism. My first choice was the Tourism but I shifted to Hospitality before the term of the specialization started.

my course was not chosen by me. my high school teacher advice me to take that course so that i will have work immediately after i finished. well, she was right because before our graduation day, a certain manager called me and instructed me to joined their force. after my graduation i immediately prepare all necessary documents and submit it to the manager, after tomorrow i started work.

hi! i chose my course in college however, i was considering a lot of stuff when i did. I wanted to take up Fine Arts or Creative Writing. But since i knew i'd be needing money in the future, i took up business management.

I was the one who chose my course and really was not decided what course should I take and so I ended up taking AB Economics. Now, I am kinda regretting this choice, I feel I should have taken a Law course. But, at least even with this degree the Lord has already been blessing me!
