earnings for housemakers

a lot of homemakers wanted to have their own earnings, not just for themselves but to help their husbands in providing for the family.Most of the moms cant go out of the house because they have so many thing to do.Can homemakers find a job without going out of the house?and are there online jobs that offers no fees and you can earn by giving them online services?i see a lot of home based jobs but in the end of the readings i will see at the end that there are lots of fees to be collected when you sign up.can someone help me bout this?and can someone help me find legitimate online jobs without paying any fees or atleast minimal fees?thanks!

I used to work in a company and filed an optional early retirement program after 15 years. Having four kids to attend to requires a fulltime mom at home so I decided to leave my job and open a homebase business which is a computer shop. We constructed a small office beside our house and bought computers, printers and other equipment needed to operate. We offered private IT tutorials, typing & printing jobs, research works and other related services. I attended actual trainings and webinars as well, learn to use different program like graphics and web design program so we can also offer those type of services. I also use the internet in searching clients. Although there are many online jobs, but earnings from these type of work is not good enough to make both ends meet. We really have to be innovative enough and think of the possible business that we can start in our area.
