Can anyone help? I need an easy chicken recipe that will feed about 150 people. It is for a wedding reception. It needs to be something I can make ahead of time and then keep in a roaster.

dmcollie Most important is to have fun on this day of celebration. If you are also having sausage I would add the meatballs, Sam's Club carries these like a 100 to a bag, put them in a slow cooker and add the teriyaki sauce. They will go fast.

dmcollie I have to say sometimes I do sneak in candy but not soda. Close by we have a Drive In before we go there we load up a picnic basket and take a small snacks and a meal. At the DriveIn it is aloud, but at our mall theater it is not allowed.
