Can anyone help? I need an easy chicken recipe that will feed about 150 people. It is for a wedding reception. It needs to be something I can make ahead of time and then keep in a roaster.

dmcollie Most important is to have fun on this day of celebration. If you are also having sausage I would add the meatballs, Sam's Club carries these like a 100 to a bag, put them in a slow cooker and add the teriyaki sauce. They will go fast.

dmcollie So true, now do not think I am mean or cruel for saying that. But if it was mean to begin with then this is not your fault. Just find a no kill facility they might have more luck then you a calming him down.
