Ever since I read The Lion, the witch, and the wardrobe when I was little I was fascinated by how Edmund was willing to betray him brother and sisters just for more Turkish Delight. It must be amazing! was always what I thought. I was just wondering if anyone has a Turkish Delight recipe and if it really is amazing. Caould you give me the recipe if you have it?

They have several recipes listed under Turkish Delight. It is a candy and doesn't sound like anything extraordinary.

I don't know, but now I am going to search for a recipe. Also, the book was set during World War II and everything was rationed even more so because it was in England. He probably hadn't had anything sweet for a long, long time.
