A stranger lit up my day!

I was working today, *weekend morning blues* and lol. Then there was this caller who called in to enquire about some printing errors regarding some of our correspondences which I apologised for the confusion. And she sincerely responded "Oh poor thing, you must have picked up many calls for this!" As a result, I'm positively surprised because this is my first encounter with such caller who will think for us! Seriously, most of the people will thank us for the answers, some will demand why we had made such an error, but few will really understand our stand and situations. =DDD I'm glad there are people like this caller, it's not a big deal but it left a deep impression in me!
