Evolution Of Life

I believe that first there were one-celled organisims and that everything evolved from them over time. And I think somehow that the cells may have come from "dust" and earth chemicals." Solves the issue for me!

I believe we came from apes. I'm not religious so I don't believe what the bible says, I'm realistic person, so it sounds unbeliavable that we come from dust.

We ARE apes. We and are ape cousins came from a common ancestor. Just because the bible says something, doesn't mean it's true. The bible says a great flood happened, yet there is no evidence of such a thing happening, nor is it possible for a flood of such proportions to happen and have so many survivors. The bible also says the world is flat, and we know for sure it isn't.

You are correct. The book of Genesis states that God made man from the dust of the earth.

It is so very easy to believe what is written in the bible. Blind Faith? Personal need? Lack of self confidence? Etc., Etc., Etc., I could go on all day. I wasn't there so am not sure how it all came to be. I think it was alittle of BOTH. Not just either one.

I'm not over-religious.Just enough.And i believe God created man.Unlike Darwin and others who believe in his theory.We were created by God and did not evolve over time from "apes".But everyone has their opinions.Thats how Darwin's theory came up in the first place-it was his opinion.

i agree. Book of Genesis was the beginning of time and how everything started. God created the earth, everything in it, then he created Adam from dirt, and he created Eve, a mate for Adam, from adam's rib, and he made them perfect. eve sinned by enticing adam to eat an apple, which the serpent had tricked her into. so, adam and eve sinned and covered up, and had to reproduce to suffer for their sins. that is why many people go to church and ask for forgiveness for their sins. hence, the world population. that is why so many married couples are suffering in their marriages and their annoying kids. middle aged people end up having middle aged crisis and mental breakdowns. that is why no one is really happy with themselves and always trying to change to improve themselves.
