IN YOUR CASE... which is greater in number, male or female friends?

im a girl but i have lots of male friends than females. i dont know but im comfortable having male friends than female lol or maybe i find many girls in our office which are hypocrites hehehe.. & i know men are not back stabbers unlike women hehehe.. well this is just my opinion..

Hi Jhordie! In my case, I have more MALE friends than I have with females. I don't know why but I just do. I just feel more comfortable with them and we can share each other point of views about anything since females and males have different POV, it's more exciting like that.

i think for me i used to have more make friends than females... i don't know why... i just feel more comfortable to be around males more than females... but recently, i think i have more female friends rather than males... i don't know why... may be it is because i am already married now... so i have to be more careful when i am around males so that not to make my hubby jealous... :-) take care and have a nice day...

Hello, Well, I'm not usually on here on a Saturday but I've found a free moment and was checking my email, so I thought - why not? Well in my case it's pretty equal. My husband and I are mostly friends with other married couples with children so we have pretty much equal number of friends - male and female. Before I was married - say back in high school, I had a lot of male friends. Not anymore though.

Right now i think its a bit the same.I got lots of man and woman friends.but i enjoy company w/ my girlfriend than boyfriends.But when i was young all my friends are boy.Im a boyish!

I have more female friends in my list.It's like 75% of it! Maybe the number also of female members dominates than male!

I really have a lot of guy friends even though I'm a girl. I think it's because I'm in a technical field. I'm studying as a computer science student and most of my blockmates in school are guys. Actually, we are only 5 girls in my block out of 30. And I really enjoy what guys usually do, gaming, basketball and other stuffs. But I have my feminine side, too.

Growing up I was always a bit of a tom boy and I guess I still sort of am. The majority of my close friends are male. I do have a few female friends too, but I spend more time with, and talk more with my male friends. I would consider my "best" friends the male ones. I'm not sure why really, I just get along much much better with guys than I do girls. Always have.

Right now, I lost count but I think I have more male friends than female friends. But I'm actually closer to female friends now, because I spend more time with them recently. I want to have many friends, it doesn't really matter if they are male or female as long as they are sincere and true. I'd want to have both sides though since there are situations where I should confide with a male and sometimes with a female. Having friends on both genders would help you understand better how people think or behave.

i'm a boy so i have a greater number of male friends than female. most of them were my former classmates. if i have a more female friends than male, they may think i'm one of the girls even if it's not hahaha...

With me I have a lot more male friends than female friends. Not sure why that is. Maybe cuz I got teased a lot by girls when I was younger or maybe it's the fact I'm not intrested in makeup and fashion. I just find I get along better with guys.

I just now checked my friends list and noticed that i have more no of male friends than female friends... Actually i never made any friend request to any of them... they had added me... and i had accepted them... From now on... ill send friend request to more females.. so that no of female friends increase.. he he...

I have more of female friends and very less male friends. I am closer to only few people.

hello jhordie:-) i am a girl and i have always had lots of female friends...as in more than half almost 80 percent of m friends are girls. some of the few close guy friends i have are even homosexuals. i am quite shy when it comes to talking with guys so that i rarely get closer to them. besides i like talking and sharing my thoughts and other stuff on girls because we understand each other better and share the same interests. i think it is usual that guys have more male friends and females have more girl friends..that's the trend and i guess in our society the more acceptable one.

I always had more female friends than male. About 70% of my friends are girls. I do hang out with my male friends but it is usually occasionally when someone throws a party or a get together. Even at the office, I'd really prefer to stay with the ladies. I get a long with them more. I'm not sure why though. But I always find it good to be with their company. Even a few years back, I always go with my female friends. It's just a wild guess but maybe I'm just curious about the ladies or my feminine side is stronger. Although I'm straight. I just want to be with them.

According to my Psychology teacher, lately women are getting more and more male friends, and men are getting more and more female friends, to the point where people are hanging around with those of the opposite gender more than they are with those of the same gender. I am female, and the ratio is about equal for me. I am closer to my male friends, though. We joke around more often, and visit or talk with each other more often. I feel more comfortable around my male friends, and a bit tense around my female friends.

I think it is not sure.For me, my female friends quantities are more or less same to my male friends now.Because i have made a lot of friends on net or in life with female or male.So i feel they are more or less.Maybe in future, my male friends will be more than female friends due to the social communication.But i think i will get one well with all my friends.lol good luck
